By using the services of Already Served Legal Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Already Served Legal Services provides professional process serving, court filing, document retrieval, affidavit of service, and MVD services throughout Maricopa County, Arizona. We do not guarantee successful service in all cases, as circumstances beyond our control may prevent completion.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the subject to be served, including current addresses and any known information that may assist in locating the subject. Clients must ensure all documents submitted for service are legally valid and properly prepared.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via PayPal and other methods as agreed. Returned checks or failed payments may result in additional fees and suspension of services.
We will make reasonable attempts to serve documents at the address(es) provided. The number of attempts included in each service tier is outlined at the time of order. Additional attempts may be available for an additional fee.
Upon successful service, we will provide a completed Affidavit of Service. Our process servers are available to testify in court regarding service if required. Additional fees may apply for court appearances.
Already Served Legal Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We treat all client information and case details as confidential. We will not disclose information about your cases to third parties except as required to fulfill the service or as required by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
